I believe this character is called 'rider' I dunno for certian...but she looked awesome so i looked her up in the anime character database to find a few more pictures of her and i found this one. it was so strange looking i had to do it

And yes i expanded the image and made the base a bit larger then in the acutual picture..but is that such a bad thing?
